  My front bedroom walls and skirting were painted during 14th and 15th October. Unfortunately I am not impressed. My carpet had mastic dropped on it and Mr Manser is lucky that I am not making a claim. It took me ages to clean it properly after he had left yesterday. He also asked to use my vacuum cleaner which became clogged with filler dust. He is the first painter I know who does not possess his own vacuum. I had to remove two roller-blind fittings as he had painted around them and the original colour was visible underneath. He was an hour late yesterday and did not call to let me know the reason. I am upset, as adding insult to injury, his car leaked fluid outside my home and I had to attempt to clean it up. Finally, he asked if I could make a cash payment; I explained that I did not have that amount, so he requested Bank transfer that same day (yesterday). I agreed, but due to a broadband issue was unable to do so. He called me this morning! The day after the work was done, to tell me that he had checked his account online! Perhaps I have been unlucky with this firm? M. Coleman
