  Very poor, dont touch this company with a barge pole, just a shame we cant give a negative star rating. Planning process very poor, the "surveyor" did not listen and then mis-measured, so the conservatory looked nothing like what had been originally drawn up with the salesman. We were not given plans for approval prior to the product being ordered and work starting. We were not given plans just a CAD illustration of the outside of the building. We were told categorically that although mistakes had been made the company was not prepared to correct these as product had already been ordered and would be too costly to replace with the correct items. WE now have mis matched windows and panels. The building work was shoddy, a drain was damaged and lights were damaged in fitting. The company stated, wrongly in law ( as per Trading Standards Authority), that our contract was with the sub contractors and not themselves, and that if we were unhappy we could sue them. The company also failed to supply the promised FENSA certificates. The expensive self-cleaning glass cannot have been fitted because 3 years later it is dark with filth and algae, despite having a steep incline for drainage. All in all a very unpleasant and costly experience not to be recommended!!!!
